The change is due to the changing real estate market trends and as a marketing strategy to attract potential clients to the Trump real estate building.
The executive vice president of development at The Trump Organization, Ivanka Trump said that there real estate building is in a place where the real market is not profitable, but they want to maximize its potential.
Ivanka Trump also said that the public are getting off the fence, which gives them the chance to tell the success story of Trump International Hotel & Tower and the kind of lifestyle they perceive for their real estate building.
From the middle of June to mid-September, the 92-storey real estate building recorded 14 sales, plus a hotel-condo unit. Those properties have lesser financing options.
