Trump Tower, a Real Estate Building Is Refurbishing Model Units to Stimulate Sales

The 92-story real estate building, Trump International Hotel & Tower is planning to refurbish 5 of its unsold condominium units into fully-furnished models. The change is due to the changing real estate market trends and as a marketing strategy to attract potential clients to the Trump real estate building.

The executive vice president of development at The Trump Organization, Ivanka Trump said that there real estate building is in a place where the real market is not profitable, but they want to maximize its potential.

Ivanka Trump also said that the public are getting off the fence, which gives them the chance to tell the success story of Trump International Hotel & Tower and the kind of lifestyle they perceive for their real estate building.

From the middle of June to mid-September, the 92-storey real estate building recorded 14 sales, plus a hotel-condo unit. Those properties have lesser financing options.

Donald Trump, the chairman and CEO of the Trump Organization and his lenders settled to a new agreement as well as the extension of the $600 million construction mortgage for another five years.

With the old lawsuit settled, and it is expected that the real estate developer to liven up sales.

The five furnished condominium models in the real estate building is expected to be completed in the end of the year, which is designed for a different demographic.

A 2,000-square-foot and worth $2 million condo unit on the 34th floor of the real estate building is blessed with extensive views of Lake Michigan.

Other condo units in the real estate building are designed for established bachelors, single professionals, and etc.
