Trump Hollywood Condominium Project’s New Owners

The recently foreclosed Trump Hollywood, a condominium project named after the famous billionaire Donald Trump is no recently acquired by King Street Capital Management and BH III LLC on Monday, November 22, 2010. The recently completed 41-storey condominium project has 200 luxury units and is located on Hollywood beach.

The condominium project was designed by famous architect Robert Swedroe and developed by The Related Group.

Daniel Lebensohn, a BH3 Partner said the condominium project, Trump Hollywood is one of South Florida’s splendid condominium buildings.

Lebenson also added, the Trump Hollywood would offer a remarkable value to wealthy condominium buyers.

A New York-based investment firm, King Street along with BH3, Gregory Freedman, and Charles Phelan assumed ownership of the property because of the $225 million mortgage.

The condominium project only sold 22 luxury units out of the 200 residences. A re-launch is planned by January of 2011.

Trump Hollywood sits on a five-acre land facing the ocean. The property offers 2 and 3 bedroom luxury residences with private elevators. It also features an exquisite ocean-view, as well as the city and intra-coastal views of the neighboring beach fronts from huge and private terraces.

The property also offers additional modern amenities such as the Smart Building technology that features wireless touch screen pads, Italian kitchen, Sub-Zero and Miele appliances, and bath cabinetry.

Yabu Pushelberg, the award-winning interior-design firm is the interior designer for the condominiums building’s common areas.

Other additional amenities for the condominium project include catering services, cigar and wine cellars, 24-hour valet, oceanfront cabanas, and security services.
