The Perfect Custom Home Up for Grabs at Texas Golf Course

Another recently constructed custom home within a golf course neighbourhood is up for grabs. The Austin-based new home developer, Sterling Custom Homes sees that most homebuyers and attracted to acquiring residential properties within a golf course neighbourhood. The custom home is located at Escavera, the golf course community at Flintrock Falls, located at Lakeway City, in Travis County, Texas.

Supporting the trend, another set of luxurious custom homes overlooking the golf course will also be constructed to attract homebuyers into the community. The home builder, Reserve at Summit Rock, is said to construct about 50 new homes, which would be priced at $475,000 to roughly $750,000, according to company information.

The fully furnished one-story custom home has a living area of 3,905 square feet with 4.5 bathrooms, four bedrooms, a small guest house also known as called “casita”.

The custom home also has a three-car parking garage, and is priced at $1,059,780.

Escavera at Flintlock consists of twenty estate-sized lots, which is overlooking the golf course in Flintrock Falls, which is designed by Jack Nicklaus.

Home sites and area ranges from 1/3 to ¾ acres, which are priced at $200,000s and up.

According to the president of Sterling Custom Homes, Duke McDowell, homebuyers who want a luxurious custom home in an exclusive community should visit Escavera. The buyer of the new home can move-in immediately into the community, according to company information.

The home builder is known to build homes in the area’s premier communities.

The custom home’s buyer could enjoy a good view of the golf course, plus, the large outdoor-but-covered living area — one of the home’s feature.
