Ritz-Carlton Residences in Vail Colorado is offering a new building of ski condos. Vail Colorado is a popular ski-town and ski condos are a popular sight. The Ritz-Carlton’s new ski condos are located just west of the Marriott Mountain Resort, and near Lionshead Village. The new building consists of 45 part-ownership ski condo units, as well as 71 whole-ownership ski condos.

Ritz-Carlton Residences’ ski condos can be bought from $2.2 million and $9.1 million, and residents in the building can obtain their money’s worth first-class amenities.

Another of Vail Colorado’s ski condos developer is on Meadow Drive, Solaris, which is almost finished. The new project consists of 79 ski condos which are located where the old Vail Crossroads building once stood.

Peter Knobel, the Solaris’ developer said that his company knew that they are going to build something better and bigger in the area. He also said that they wanted to construct “the best of the West and everywhere else”. Their ski condos does not cost that much but they make sure its special.

According to a broker from Slifer Smith & Frampton in Vail, this trend is not new in Vail. This ski condos trend started in the early 1990’s where building renovations began.

A broker from Ascent Sotheby’s International Realty also said that Vail, Colorado got in to the position where the ski-towns accommodation did keep up with their skiing experience, but now and because of these ski condos, the accommodations are similar to its exiting ski-adventure.

The pioneers of these ski condos took the risk but it is worth it.
