An elite compilation of city-style luxury condominium units will be presented through an innovative, real estate auction and a one-day only Grand Opening event. Orchids, a luxury condominium, which is located at Spring Street Ossining-on-Hudson, close to the banks of the Hudson River, and just 44 minutes via Metro North express train service from Manhattan, will be auctioned for as low as $175,000 on the 21st of November.
Sheldon Good & Company, America’s Real Estate Auctioneer will auction-off the 23 units of luxury condominium in the recently-furnished four-level Orchid Condominium building.
Bids for eight residences will be subject to a low-minimum bid, $175,000 for a one-bedroom spacious condominium unit and $225,000 for the two and three-bedroom luxury condominium designs.
The luxury condominium units are initially priced from $399,000 to $599,000.
Ricky Aryeh, a principal of Lionheart Enterprises, Ltd., the Orchid’s developer, said that his company is initially looking-forward to launch a straightforward sales plan since the first quarter of the year, but they decided to finished the luxury condo units first for the competitive one-day bidding auction.
Aryeh is also confident that the public will grab this unique opportunity to live in a luxury condominium unit, which is designed after New York City’s stylish uptown addresses.
Jeffrey Hubbard, Managing Director for Sheldon Good & Company says that this is the first bidding-auction which is held in Westchester County, and is considered as a “win-win” for potential customers and developers.
