Today, Quadrant Homes announced a new housing community—Sawyer Crest to be built in Maple Valley, a city in King County, Washington. The new housing community offers new designs and home plans from the company’s new Revolution Collection, which focused on personalization and value. According to the company, this new housing community is a response to their study on current buyers and consumer preferences.

Director of Sales for Quadrant Homes Michael Blitz said that the company is happy and proud to start welcoming homeowners into their latest housing community called Sawyer Crest in Maple Valley, Washington.

According to Blitz, the attention Quadrant Homes seen from homebuyers implies that the public are excited in the company’s recent community has to offer, especially in the South Sound.

The new housing community is situated about 30 minutes of Tacoma and east Seattle. It is also near both the Cascades and Puget Sound with beautiful lakes in the vicinity like Wilderness Lake, Pipe Lake, and Lake Sawyer for additional attraction.
