Today, the Big Four consulting and accounting firm PwC US has leased another downtown San Jose’s office properties, the Sobrato Office Tower. The office tower is situated at 488 Almaden Avenue, and PwC US signed a 15 year leased 209,000 square feet of the office tower. The consulting and accounting firm, PwC, with its professionals and partners are currently occupying 165,000 square feet office space located at 10 Almaden Boulevard.
PwC US is the leading employers in downtown San Jose, California. It also chose the office tower to cater the company’s expansion plans, aside from pushing its faith and commitment to an electrifying and thriving area of San Jose.
According to Rob Gittings, PwC US’s Managing Partner, PwC plans to add more than 100 persons, as employees and as a part of its financial and employment growth plan.
Gittings also said that PwC is committed and trilled to stay, as well as expand in Downtown San Jose, and the office tower fits with the company’s office employees and its client’s needs.
The company is building a new workplace in both progressive and overall modern open floor plan, as well as for enclosed offices, which will enhance an efficient client delivery and team relationship.
PwC US has selected an iconic location for its new home, which is suitable for international innovators. The company is also looking forward for international innovator’s presence in the city for the next few years.
The office tower is managed by Oracle America and has an interactive café and fitness center as a part of its modern amenities.
