WCI Communities, a new home builder of luxury golfing, marina and tower communities is offering 48 luxury homes in the form of penthouse condominiums in a neighbourhood at Marquesa Royale, in Tiburon, Florida. The luxury homes, according to a report, are located near The Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort at Naples, with the starting at $720,000.
In other part of Florida — at Palm Beach, another luxury home builder decides to attract homebuyers and visitors by offering a luxurious model community called Canyon Trails, which consists mostly of luxurious single-family homes.
There are eight condominium buildings, which one building offer six full-floor luxury homes with about 2,900 square feet of area space. The luxury homes consist of three bedrooms with private elevators, a den, enclosed parking area, high-end appliances and upgraded features.
The luxury homes also overlook one of two golf courses designed by Greg Norman, and situated within Tiburon, an incorporated town in Marin County — a resort-style neighbourhood that offers fine and casual dining, member concierge services, fitness and spa services, and luxury beach transport.
According to the vice president of WCI’s community operations at Southwest Florida, Paul Erhardt, the community, Tiburon, has been a sought-after neighbourhood since its opening, while prices for the luxury homes is said to be the best the company has offered in the area.
Still according to Erhardt, homebuyers are trilled at the opportunity in living at a luxury condo for the low-$700,000s, and for the walking distance amenities and wellness club.
The Marquesa Royale’s luxury homes, according to the report, are also near Tiburon Clubhouse and Fitness and Health Club.
