New Luxury Communities Made Possible by Toll

Two luxury communities at Connecticut were currently being built by leading luxury home builder, Toll Brothers. The luxury communities — Old Mystic Estates and The Estates in Wallingford, located at Stonington, Connecticut, according to company information, offers variety of unique home designs in a neighbourhood setting.

New Luxury Communities Made Possible by Toll

Another home builder, Dallas-based Dunhill Homes, has recently built new model homes within a master planned community in Nevada. The homes had its debut recently, and features new popular designs and floor plans.

Upon completion, the two luxury communities built by Toll will be offering three- and four-bedroom single-family luxury homes.

The homes, according to the information, will feature granite countertops, complete cabinetry, two-story foyers, hardwood floors, first-floor nine-foot ceilings, luxurious master suite, state-of-the-art open kitchens, and elegant living spaces.

Selected floor plans will feature first-floor master bedrooms, while home areas in the luxury  communities will start from 2,300 to 3,170 square feet — Estates at Wallingford, while the Old Mystic Estates will have 2,500 to 3,600 square feet home areas.

The luxury communities, Estates at Wallingford, will consists of 29 luxurious single family homes, and prices starts from the mid-$400,000s, while Old Mystic Estates will have 46 luxury single family homes, and prices also start with $400,000s.

The Estates at Wallingford is located at New Haven County, only 25 minutes from Hartford and 20 minutes from New Haven, while the Old Mystic Estates is just 2-minutes away from exit 90 of I-95.

According to Toll’s Division Assistant Vice President, Chris Bennett, it’s been five years or more since the company offered single-family luxury communities in the state of Connecticut.

Expected completion date for the two luxury communities will be this month, March 2011.
