While one website has claimed to have received a package promoting the upcoming unveiling in New York City, another has published clear and full photographs, which depict a super think and sleek device with a Kevlar back.
Motorola are rumored to be pegging the new Droid Razr as a smarter, faster, thinner and stronger device than any to has come before, which have indeed been validated by leaked specs. According to a number of credible sources, the device will boast a 1.2GHz TI processor, 1GB of RAM, 4.3 inch Gorilla Glass display and a shell based in Kevlar. It is also rumored to be the thinnest LTE phone to be released to date and offer full 1080p HD video capture.
While the release of the Droid Razr would indeed be exciting enough alone, it has also been suggested that the upcoming launch event may also see the XOOM 2 tablet PC make its first appearance. Indeed, some have made a point of reminding us that there is also an Android launch event taking place in Hong Kong on exactly the same day which is likely to signal the unveiling of Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, which although may be 100% coincidental, may also suggest that the XOOM 2 will be the very first tablet PC to support the new OS.
