Mortgage Rates Today: Wells Fargo Purchase Interest Rates

Like most other major lenders across the US, Wells Fargo (NYSE:WFC) has begun Thursday by offering a range of attractive and competitive mortgage deals across the board, most of which are in line with national averages and in some cases even lower.

For those turning to Wells Fargo today with the intention of picking up a good deal for a home purchase, 30 year fixed rate terms can be taken out for a rate of 4.125% which amounts to an APR of 4.307%, while the equally attractive 15 year fixed rate term can be secured for 3.250% and an APR of just 3.565%.

For larger loans in certain areas, 30 year terms can be taken out with an interest rate that today sits at 4.250% with an APR of 4.382%, while the standard Jumbo 30 year fixed term deal is at 4.625% with an APR of 4.760%.

Although the above rates mirror those of much of the US in that they are not the lowest seen over recent weeks, they are still by far some of the most competitive in decades and offer excellent prospects for those looking to make an investment.
