Mortgage Rates Today at US Bank

Financial markets have produced conditions that have consistently put downward pressure on mortgage rates since mid-summer. Would-be buyers and refinancers have had ample time to take advantage of the rates.

Mortgage Rates Today at US Bank

US Bank is no exception in continuing to offer aggressive rates. Conforming 30 year fixed rates at the bank are 4.25% today with an APR of 4.313%. 20 year fixed-rate loans are 4.00% even with an APR of 4.086%.

15 year fixed-rate loans are 3.375% with an APR of 3.483% and ten-year fixed-rate loans are 3.25% with an APR of 3.406%.

FHA 30 year fixed-rate loans are 4.00% with an APR of 4.489%. 15 year fixed-rate loans are 3.25% with an APR of 3.797%.

VA 30 year fixed-rate loans are 4.00% with an APR of 4.335%. VA 15 year fixed-rate loans are 3.375% with a 3.958% APR.

Three-year ARMs start at 2.875% and five-year ARMs start at 3.00% today.

Jumbo 30 year fixed-rate loans are 4.25% with an APR of 4.399%. Jumbo 15 year fixed-rate loans are 3.75% with an APR of 4.008%.
