Each of the three additional second-floor bedrooms has a walk-in closet. One guest room is designed en-suite with a private full bath. The fifth en-suite bedroom is located on the first floor, where it can double as a private study or library.

The kitchen features a large walk-in pantry; the adjoining great room offers two sets of sliding glass doors that open to a covered lanai. Tray ceilings are found in select rooms.

The Orchid floor plan is priced from $414,990.

Visitors have the opportunity to explore two unfurnished single-family model homes, the 2,762-square-foot Gardenia and 2,688-square-foot Magnolia.
