Luxury Condominiums Sold in an Auction by Kennedy Wilson

Kennedy Wilson, a Beverly Hills, CA-based and an international services and real estate firm announced that the company sold about 20 luxury condominiums, which generated about $6.6 million of sales. The company offered the 20 luxury condominiums on an auction on November 14, 2010, Sunday.

The company’s auction for the luxury condominiums was attended by 225 people, and was held at Seattle’s Lynnwood Convention Center.

According to Kennedy Wilson Auction Group’s president Rhett Winchell, the company is very happy to represent such an exceptional resort-style growth.

Winchell also said that 50 percent of the company’s auction buyers are luxury condominiums enthusiasts.

This is Kennedy Wilson’s 7th successful auction within the last 90 days or three months, which reached both coast. The company had 21 offices in the United States and Japan, and its been in the business for 30+ years.

Kennedy Wilson’s 20 luxury condominiums are situated at a master planned residential community on Fairview at Harbour Pointe. Recently, Fairview at Harbor Pointe is among’s top ten best places to reside.

The luxury condominiums at the Fairview are situated on an ideal residential community because it is just a 20 minutes ride from downtown Seattle. Its residents also get a beautiful view of the Olympic Mountains and of Puget Sound.

The residential community is also close to Golf Digest magazine’s top rated Harbour Pointe Golf Course. It is also constructed by Built Green, a non-profit, environmentally-friendly residential building program by Washington State’s Master Builders Association.

The luxury condominiums feature a lodge-style designs with 10-foot ceilings, open floor plan, plus several high end amenities.
