An auction for a luxury condominium located at Sunny Isles Beach, Florida is going to take place on February 12, 2011, Saturday. The auction for the luxury condominium will be presented by Platinum Luxury Auctions, an auction firm that focuses on non-distressed auction sale of elite and distinguished properties.
The luxury condominium is said to be offered to highest property bidder, at more than $3.3 million. Previously, the luxury property was offered for about $5.4 million or above.
Starting January 15, 2011, the luxury condominium is going to be open to the public for reviews. The property is offered in collaboration with ONE Sotheby’s International Realty.
According to a press release, the ultra-modern condominium located at Acqualina Ocean Residences & Resort’s 38th floor is said to be a ‘must see” property, which is going to be sold fully-furnished and includes a comprehensive audio/visual equipment system.
With an unobstructed view of the ocean, the luxury condominium is originally a two-unit condo developed into a one-huge luxury residence. It has 3 bedrooms and two baths and offers a private treaty sale for a 12-piece artwork collection.
Susan Russell, the property owner and seller said, luxury buyers are searching for unbelievable purchase opportunities, and is confident that the buyers will see the property as part of those opportunities.
President of Platinum, Trayor Lesnock, agrees with Russell and said that intelligent luxury sellers who understands today’s luxury market will want an exceptional transaction.
The auction firm has also sold other luxury residential properties such as luxury condominium and several different high-end estates in the United States.
