The luxury condominium’s building is previously a parking area. It has been newly renovated and transformed in to a low-rise 38 residential units that features a beautiful stonework façade.
According to Laurie Zucker, a principal at Manhattan Skyline, the new condominium, Love Lane Mews, is a gracious home located at a friendly block that captures the romantic side of the area.
