Luxury Apartment Home Units Bound to Increase in Vermilion, Ohio

A development project Baywoods, a luxury apartment home complex in Vermillion, a city in Lorain and Erie counties in Ohio, is in near completion. The complex is composed of 54 luxury apartment home units and located close to state Routes 2 and 60m and built by Pride One Homes, a leading construction firm.

A single-story luxury apartment home features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus an attached garage space, with a monthly rent of $985.

According to the project developer, Redwood Management Co, a real estate company based in Beachwood, units in Baywoods luxury apartment home complex is ready for renters.

Jeff Ondo, vice president for operations at Redwood Management, the luxury apartment home units are pet friendly and suitable for single families, professionals, and empty nesters.

Units are under an area space of 1,400 square feet and include 1,400 square feet, maple cabinetry, den, and a private patio.

Renters do not pay for any maintenance fees.

The $985 monthly rent will include yard maintenance, repairs for existing appliances in the unit like dishwashers, refrigerators, and stoves, plus snow removal during winters.

Dryers and washers are not included but outlets for the appliances are available.

Aside from Baywoods, Redwood Management is also developing a new residential site in the area, 110-unit project called Ridgecrest. The company is expected to be leasing the development in spring 2011.

The real estate company was founded in 1991, with approximately 2000 luxury apartment home units in northern Ohio areas.

First move-ins in the luxury apartment home is due to arrive by the end of December 2010.
