An Arizona home builder ha recently launched new home plans at The Village at Paradise Reserve, a community in Arizona. Cullum Homes, the home builder, unveiled two new luxurious home plans ranging from 3,321 to 5,593 square feet, with energy conservation system, traditional detailing, plus an iPad smart home automation technology.
In Nevada, within one of its master planned communities, Rhodes Ranch, another home builder has recently launched new home designs. The nine new model homes by Dunhill Homes — the home builder, are also integrated with HVAC system, windows, insulation, and new kitchen appliances, while price starts from $100,000s, with 1,532 to 3,649 square feet floor space.
Cullum’s home plans at The Village at Paradise Reserve — the Vista “Urban Transitions” and the Courtyard “Mediterranean Nouveau”, features gourmet kitchens with custom-colored cabinetry, Viking ranges, granite countertops in honed, polished, and leather finishes. The community also has 32 new homes, and offers single and two-story floor plans.
Urban Transitions, the first of the two home plans, have a contemporary design, which is said to be made up of reclaimed brick and stacked light stone with complete cabinetry, while the Mediterranean Nouveau, according to the information, has a Tuscan and rustic design with hardwood floors, tumbled stone, reclaimed brick, and alder cabinetry.
Both home plans are said to have a picturesque views of the Phoenix Mountain Preserve, Camelback Mountain, and gleaming lights of Phoenix downtown area.
Cullum’s new home models, according to company information, are priced at $1.5 million, and are set within Paradise Reserve, an exclusive community located at Lincoln and 40th Street. The home plans, as stated in the company information, are ideally located in Phoenix and Paradise Valley.
