A grand luxury home with nine fireplaces, 8 bedrooms, and 8 full baths, which has rustic and classic design, is on the market for $7.7 in Potomac, Maryland. The luxury home, located at 9009 Congressional Court, is said to be in a country side with numerous other grand estates, which are set back from River Road from Bethesda and into Potomac Village.

Another 8-bedroom luxury home with neo-Georgian design is also up for sale for undisclosed sum, but the home is said to be worth £10 million or $16 million.

The luxury home is designed by Jim Rill from an architectural firm, Rill Architects. It has 19,250 square feet of living space across 2.10 acres of manicures lawns and landscapes.

Amenities in the luxury home include grill area next to a heated swimming pool, and whirlpool tub. It also has a ‘covered’ outdoor living room besides indoor formal living room, which has a gas fireplace, flagstone flooring, and hanging glass lanterns.

Flagstone is a type of common flat stone, which is usually used for paving walkways or slabs, patios, roofing and fences — terraces with flagstone flooring surrounds the luxury home.

Porches and balconies also surround the luxury home’s second level. Other features in the house a spiral staircase that leads to a loft with a bay window, while the eight bedrooms consist of attic storage.

The home’s high-end kitchen has professional-grade appliances, custom-designed cabinets, and marble counter tops.

Overall, the luxury home has about eight bedrooms, with eight full baths, three powder rooms, with nine gas fireplaces, a generator, and a security system.
