The new HTC Vigor, which is one of the very first Smartphones to sport a higher resolution 720p HD display, has been attracting quite a bit of attention across the board of late and it now seems as though Verizon have finally settled on a branding name for the device. Originally introduced to the public as the Vigor by way of a number of leaks, it had been believed that the device was simply under a codename and would in fact materialize as the HTC Droid Incredible or perhaps the HTC Thunderbolt 2.
Now however, with Verizon having posted an accessories page with at least three generic recommendations, the Vigor title has indeed been made official.
The accessories mentioned on the page are not specifically for the Vigor itself but are instead designed for any phone, but the mention of the device is a very clear suggestion that the new HTC flagship may indeed be very close to launch.
Alongside the incredible 720p HD display, the Vigor is also pegged to be sporting Beats Audio for an enhanced audio experience, following the announcement by HTC that they had invested in the audio company in question.
The HTC Vigor will be the second 4G LTE Smartphone by HTC for the Verizon network, following the highly successful HTC Thunderbolt.
