A Berkshire Hathaway affiliate HomeServices of America Inc has announced its acquirement of Yost & Little Realty, a three-office real estate brokerage firm in Greensboro, North Carolina. The firm is the leading and most respected brokerage firm in North Carolina. Yost & Little Realty is on the business for 82 years and has approximately 140 skilled real estate workers in High Point and Greensboro, North Carolina.

HomeServices’s recently acquired brokerage firm Yost & Little Realty will merge with Prudential Carolinas Realty, the company’s existing real estate firm. The two real estate firms will be renamed Prudential Yost & Little Realty in Greensboro real estate market.

Prudential Carolinas Realty will still continue to function as HomeServices’ affiliate in Kernersville, Charlotte, and Winston-Salem market.

Chairman and CEO of HomeServices Ron Peltier said that their recently acquired brokerage firm Yost & Little Realty is the pioneer within North Carolina’s residential real estate brokerage market.

Pelteir also said that its company’s recent brokerage firm deal demonstrates their vision of joining with other business that also shares the same principles and then strengthening those companies as affiliates.

Both Prudential Carolinas and Prudential Yost & Little have trusted status for providing exceptional customer service inside the premier residential market.

According to officials, the merger of Yost & Little Realty and Prudential Carolinas to Prudential Yost & Little Realty will promote its status as the market head within the Triad in terms of unit sales, standard sales price, and dollar sale volume.

The president for brokerage firm Yost & Little Realty said that the merger produces a high-end real estate company for the public.
