As most home builders not offering new home designs because of the residential housing decline, a has recently completed new model homes in one of Nevada’s master planned communities. On Saturday and Sunday, February 11 and 12, 2011, the new model homes, according to a company information, will have its debut that features new popular designs and floor plans.

The nine new model homes by Dunhill Homes are also integrated with HVAC system, windows, insulation, and new kitchen appliances.
Division president of Dunhill Homes, Don Boettcher said, the company knew that the opening of their new model homes is the right as home owners wants something new.
The new model homes in Rhodes Ranch, the master planned development is said to offer new elements including additional bedrooms, gourmet kitchens, additional storage areas, downstairs guest suites, and different office space plans.
But, the features is said to vary per floor plans.
Single-storey and two-storey new home models’ price starts from $100,000s, with 1,532 to 3,649 square feet floor space.
The builders are offering $12,500 in incentives and upgrades, plus an Apple iPad — a give away for the Grand Opening for its new model homes at Rhodes Ranch, Nevada.
