Florida’s homebuilder WCI Communities has opened the doors of a new home sales center at Westshore Yacht Club for homebuyers.
Visitors can now take a look at the coveted lifestyle of the bay-front boating community, homes and amenities, as the 73-acre luxury master-planned, fully-appointed Westshore Yacht Club Welcome Center opens, which include the 15,000-square-foot Bay Club that offers a 149-slip marina, waterfront dining, a fitness center, day spa and resort-style pool.
WCI Communities reported earlier this month its robust home sales among its communities in South and Southwest Florida, with 50 percent of all its home sites in Parkland’s Heron Bay having been sold, despite gloomy figures released by the U.S. Commerce Department in May.
On the other, homebuyers can also browse renderings of Westshore’s three new single-family home floor plans created by WCI to appeal to primary, part-time and vacation homebuyers.
The three-bedroom, one- and two-story homes, designed to reflect architectural influences seen throughout South Tampa, offer two and three baths and 1,975 to 3,076 square feet of air-conditioned living space. With the addition of an above-the-garage private retreat, homebuyers have a variety of options to expand living and guest spaces.
The Westshore Yacht Club home sales center is located at 6001 S. Westshore Blvd.
Westshore Yacht Club offers new homes on Old Tampa Bay in South Tampa with single-family homes priced from $319,990.
The home sales center is staffed by professional community representatives and is open Wednesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m.
Visitors can also explore The Bay Club, offering casual dining at the Bistro, the second-floor Eight O’Six bar and the poolside HipNautic Tiki Bar, all overlooking Old Tampa Bay.
Additional amenities include the full-service Spa Nautique and a fitness center offering “state-of-the-art equipment”, a variety of fitness classes – Aquacize to Zumba – and views oriented to the tropical pool and bay.
The Westshore Yacht Club Marina offers 149 slips ranging from 40 to 150 feet and capable of accommodating vessels with seven- to eight-foot drafts. Each slip is equipped with electrical metering, potable water, cable TV service and lighting.
The marina’s perimeter slips incorporate a fixed-pier construction and solid concrete panel wave attenuator that are capable of reducing wave agitation, which offers added protection for docked vessels.
With a location close to Tampa International Airport and the area’s major interstates, Westshore Yacht Club offers waterfront lifestyle without sacrificing the conveniences of city life, including professional sports, arts, cultures and entertainment.
The community is close to Raymond James Stadium, shopping at Westshore Plaza and International Plaza, Straz Center for the Performing Arts, Glazer Children’s Museum, Ybor City, Channelside Bay Plaza and the Florida Aquarium.
