Several commercial properties located at downtown New Rochelle, New York will be auctioned off by Tranzon Integrated Property Group, a New York-based a full- service auction and real estate company, on March 31, Thursday, at 11AM. The commercial properties that are to be auctioned off by Tranzon includes 8 office properties, 9 retail stores, and a former 2,500 seat theater turned nightclub.
Inline with commercial property auction, another retail property at Yelm, Washington is auctioned off recently by Williams & Williams, a real estate auction firm. The commercial retail property is situated in a location that is currently receiving high traffic from Walmart Supercenter, which is adjacent to the property.
The area of the commercial properties, which is situated at 587-599 Main Street — also known as the 48 Huguenot Street, according to company information, was previously approved as a residential development — a 156 unit condo/rental building with its own parking deck.
Constructed through the entire block on Huguenot Street, the commercial properties is said to have half of the block as the retail frontage.
According to a partner and auctioneer at Tranzon, the opportunity to acquire an income producing mixed-use commercial properties, with the potential for a large-level residential development located in New Rochelle’s downtown is remarkable.
The President of Tranzon, Joshua Olshin said, the company’s auction for the several months have helped sellers to sell their properties into an unstable market, while offering noteworthy buying openings for investors who wants to benefit from the low reservation prices offered by the company.
