The company invests in office properties and parks, business parks, warehouse, distribution centres, and industrial estates.
Jean-Francois Mounic’s appointment will take effect in December 2010, but meanwhile he still needs to carry on with his existing position as Goodman’s Country Manager in France.

Peteers said that Jean-Francois Mounic have a remarkable record and have an extensive proficiency regarding the French industrial and office properties—the real estate market, and will fortify the company’s senior managing team.
According to Peteers, the main focus of a Regional Director position is to promote the development of the company regarding industrial and office properties in his area.
Jean-Francois is been with Goodman since 2007, and will replace Murray Barclay, the current Regional Director, who will go back to Goodman New Zealand as the General Manager Property in Auckland.
Jean-Francois states that he is pleased to take the Regional Director position for Southern Europe and will look forward to strengthen his skills in working with Spain, Italy, and France’s proficient teams, as well as in continuing to deliver above-average business space (industrial and office properties) and logistics for the company’s clients in Southern Europe.
