Construction has started on the first single-family model home at WCI Communities’ Tidewater Preserve in Bradenton, which represents one of nine floor plans available in the 373-acre gated master-planned community along the Manatee River.
The three-bedroom Agostino is the largest single-family home floor plan at Tidewater Preserve, with 2,718 square feet of air-conditioned living space, while its total 3,994 square feet incorporates a “Florida basement” that the homebuyers can convert into a one-car garage.
Late last month, WCI Communities opened the new home sales center at Westshore Yacht Club, which includes the 15,000-square-foot Bay Club that offers a 149-slip marina, waterfront dining, a fitness center, day spa and resort-style pool.
The Agostino features an open floor plan between great room, dining and kitchen, and the home offers a den, three full baths and a powder room. The owner’s suite features his-and-her walk-in closets and dual vanities in the bathroom. Each of the guest rooms features a private bath.
Buyers can also use the den as a fourth bedroom and convert a lanai storage space into a second half-bath. The home is priced from $329,990.
Two additional single-family Classic Series homes offer 2,398 and 2,643 square feet of living area priced from $299,990.
Each home has been designed to showcase Tidewater Preserve’s surrounding water and nature vistas and offer options that allow buyers to convert dens or libraries into bedrooms and lanai storage areas into cabana baths. Homes are available in two exterior elevations.
Each of the Classic Series homes offers a great room, two-car garage, tray ceilings in select rooms, formal foyer, carpet and tile flooring, and a kitchen with breakfast bar islands. Owner’s suites feature at least one walk-in closet, and bathrooms have a separate tub and shower and a private water closet.
WCI plans to introduce three additional single-family riverfront home designs later this summer at Tidewater Preserve.
Additional floor plan options currently available at Tidewater Preserve offer two, three and four bedrooms, two-car garages, owner’s retreats and gourmet kitchens. Several homes also offer dens and flex rooms designed to fulfill a variety of lifestyle scenarios and appeal to primary, retirement and second-home buyers.
