Developer Plans Golf- Course Homes Overlooking Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course

Luxury homes are now getting the largest share in the residential real estate market as high- end home like golf- course homes parades in some of the major states across the United States. Recently, a 21- parcel of land was acquired by Reserve at Summit Rock, a real estate firm based at Horseshoe Bay close to Marble Falls, Texas, to construct numerous golf- course homes, which will overlook a Signature Golf Course of Jack Nicklaus.

According to a press release, the golf- course homes will over look Summit Rock Golf Course’s holes 17 and 18. The development is said to be named “The Reserve at Summit Rock”, with a built- sales price of about $35 million.

About 50 golf- course homes will be constructed and prices will start from $475,000 to roughly $750,000— a package for both the home and lot, stated the press release.

Homes sizes are said to start with 1,850 square feet to about 3,000 square feet. The homes will be ready for the homebuyers to “move-in” within 4 to 6 months after purchase.

The president of president of project’s general partner— R Summit Rock, Jay Fertig said the golf- course homes will be incorporated with prime and high- end finishes with a hill country style.

He also said that the company foresees that home buyers for the homes are looking for a property that could be “downsized or upgraded”.

The press release also stated the golf- course homes will be provided with exterior landscape maintenance, a peaceful and calm effect for the residents.
