Grand Estates Auction Company, who specializes in luxury real estate auctions throughout North America and the Caribbean, will offer 10 real estate properties in two coastal towns on Topsail Island, North Carolina. The communities are located in one of the most serene and family-friendly coast in the state.
The luxury real estate properties on Topsail Island are part of a “developer closeout” auction, and the first in the island.
The said auction would be this October 27, 2010 and it includes various luxury real estate properties including the “Surfer’s Paradise”, a striking beach-front duplex located on one the highest elevated lots on Topsail Island. The property is erected on a 2,300 square foot lot, in a four-storey building with four bedrooms and an elevator.
Other luxury real estate properties include condominiums and eight town-homes in the “Summer Winds” community, with 2,300 square feet land area. All luxury units have a spectacular view of the sea and beach fronts.
Auctions for the luxury real estate property will be the “absolute bidder’s choice”. The winning bidders of the auction will have the absolute selection-right of the type of property they bid on—the town-homes, condos, and duplex.
Stacy Kirk, the president of Grand Estates said that his company developed an exclusive auction system, which is similar to auctioning paintings or fine arts and other markets.
