A new community made-up of brownstones luxury homes is going to be constructed in Sewickley Borough, Pennsylvania. The 19 luxury homes’ ground breaking by home builder, Heartland Homes, according to company information, will be on late spring this year. The land where the new community will be constructed is being developed by The Lawrence, a custom home builder in Pennsylvania, in partnership with Beaver Hall Associates.
In Tiburon, Florida, other luxury homes in the form of penthouse condominiums are also being offered by a new home builder, WCI Communities. The luxury homes are located near The Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort at Naples, according to a report.
The new community of luxury homes in Pennsylvania, according to the company report, will be made-up of 19 all-brick home units in three buildings, which is called The Village at Sweetwater.
The land’s developer, Beaver Hall Associates and The Lawrence, had received their final approval in October 2010 from the officials of the Borough of Sewickley to continue on the Village at Sweetwater’s luxury project.
According to a principal at Beaver Hall Associates, Frank J. Zappala, both the developer and the home builder are happy about the project, which will be breaking ground sometime on April.
Located at the intersection of Peebles and Beaver streets, the luxury homes are said to be a situated near the area’s active business district.
The home builder is said to be developing new designs for the luxury community, where luxury homes in the end of each floor will have elevator options. Floor plans in the home building will start from 1,580 to 2,500 square feet. Prices for the luxury homes will be announced at the company’s VIP event.
