Attorney General Recovers $2.2M from Construction Companies for Illegal Dumping Attorney General from Illinois Lisa Madigan recovered about $2 million from ongoing lawsuits her office has filed against construction companies. Atty. Madigan filed lawsuits against construction companies that are accused of dumping construction waste at two prohibited construction debris sites in Harvey, Illinois.
