Collection of award-winning luxury hotels and world class spas, Auberge Resorts added a ski project to its growing portfolio. Auberge Residences, the ski project situated at Element 52, is a new development of luxury residences in Telluride, Colorado.
The ski project is just in time for the ski season. It is a collection of 33 whole-ownership of two to five bedrooms luxury houses and town homes. The ski project is enhanced and managed by Auberge Resorts, an operator and owner of various small and premier private clubs and luxury resorts.
The ski project is located at the town of Telluride county, a seat and most populous town of San Miguel County in the southwestern portion in Colorado. Telluride is a popular mountain destination, and the luxury residences will be situated at the ski mountain’s base and down the banks of San Miguel River.
According to Auberge Resorts’ Chief Executive Officer and Principal, Mark Harmon, the company is delighted to bring the Auberg Resorts’ style of living to a Ski County like Tulleride.
At Element 52, the ski project will have exquisite view of the mountain with an Auberg-style hospitality. According to a press release made by the company, the would-be owners will have the finest luxury amenities the resort has to offer.
The luxury residences at the ski resort features Viking and Bosch appliances, Waterworks fixtures, walnut flooring, ironwork, and native stones. Prices range from $2M to $7M.
Modern amenities in the ski project include underground heated parking, après ski private club room, two outdoor pools, fitness center, spa, private ski lift, a year-round resident concierge, and others.
