The first Versace-designed condominium building in Southeast Asia is currently under construction in Manila, Philippines. The Century Properties, a real estate firm in the country has recently announced its partnership with Versace Home, the fashion-luxury brand based in Milan, Italy, to build the condominium building in Makati, the country’s cosmopolitan financial center.
Inline with condominium developments, a condo project near a community northeast of South Bend in St. Joseph County has received a go signal to increase the number of condo units built in the development. The project states in 2007.
Versace Home, according to company information, will be investing about US $68 million for its first residential development in Southeast Asia, and the second in the world, The Milano Residences.
The real estate firm, Century Properties, is said to be collaborating Versace Home’s interior designers to provide exclusive design service for every public spaces — hallways, pool garden, spa, library, lounge, and in the condominium building’s grand lobby.
With 53 floors, the condominium building will have a total of 340 units with one to three-bedroom units, and prices starts at US $100,000 up to US $1 million.
According to the Managing Director of Century Properties and Project Head of The Milano Residences, Versace Home, the company that designs the essentials of luxury living, is now in Manila through the condominium building — Milano Residence.
Layouts and floor plans in the condominium development includes the The Townhouses, The Penthouses, and The Loggias — Italian-inspired units that feature private plunge pools. Milano Residences, the first Versace-designed condominium building project in Asia, is expected to be completed by 2015.
