A manufacturer of secure distribution, storage, inventory management solutions, is moving its head office in a corporate facility at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. American Locker Group Inc., according to a report, is leasing a 100,500 square feet corporate facility, which is owned by GE Real Estate, the financial services component of General Electric. Colliers International has recently acquired Johnson Hoke, a San Francisco- based brokerage firm that focuses on lifestyle retail properties and urban specialty.
As part of the deal, Johnson Hoke, the retail brokerage firm executives, including Vikki Johnson, Pamela Mendelsohn, and Karen Hoke will become member of Colliers International’s growing retail services group, which are servicing many of the world’s best-known and largest retail landlords and retailers.
American Locker Group’s leased corporate facility is located at 2701 Regent Blvd at Dallas/Fort Worth — the company’s expansion of its manufacturing and head office space.
The manufacturing company sells and produced security storage locker system ranging from classic token/coin-operated security lockers, personal/employee lockers, and to keyless and electronic/computer-controlled locker systems.
Transwestern’s representatives Jim Graham and Brett Owens, together with commercial real estate firm that focuses on leasing and selling commercial real estate properties in the Dallas/Fort Worth area — NAI Robert Lynn Co’s Tyson Erwin, negotiated the leasing transaction on the corporate facility between American Locker Group and GE Real Estate.

About 100 American Locker employees will be moving to its new corporate facility at 2701 Regent Blvd.
