A retirement community, Fox Hill Club and Residences, is offering luxurious amenities and pampering services for people aged 60 and above who can afford living in a luxury community. According to company information, the retirement community, located in 8300 Burdette Rd, Bethesda, adjacent to Burning Tree Club, in Maryland, is said to be offering 240 luxurious condominiums in a gated community with high-end amenities.
In California, another retirement neighborhood will be developed by Foursquare Foundation, and will be located at Echo Park, a hilly historic neighbourhood in Los Angeles. The senior housing will be replacing several older homes with about 75 reasonably priced senior apartment homes.
The retirement community, Fox Hill Club and Residences, which is developed by Sunrise Bethesda, is said to offer a concierge services and 24-hour security. It is also located near downtown Bethesda’s shopping district, restaurants, nightlife and entertainment.
With a fitness center, the retirement community’s residents, according to the report, have personal fitness instructors. The residents can also avail health care services including a memory-care an assisted-living center within the community, rehabilitation therapies, and regular physician’s office hours.
Fox Hill also has an indoor heated swimming pool, a spa, wine cellar, club and game room, a recording studio, and a performing arts center.
The retirement community offers, one, two and three bedroom condominiums, with prices ranging from $400,000s to about $1,500,000 and up. Each of the condominium units in the retirement community features tile or wood foyers, crown moldings, granite kitchens, high ceilings, and huge closet space, while most of the units have fireplaces.
